Payment Information
Information on payment for the article processing and publication
Publication of scientific articles in the journal is carried out on the basis of partial reimbursement of the costs associated with editorial and publishing preparation of manuscripts for publication.
Payment is made only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication following scientific peer review and editorial evaluation. The amount of payment is determined according to the length of the submitted material and the current editorial rates.
The cost of preparation and publication of materials is 60 UAH per full or partial page of text.
The received funds are used to cover expenses related to:
• editorial and technical processing of manuscripts;
• language editing and layout preparation of the article;
• preparation of the electronic version of the publication;
• posting the article in open access on the official journal website;
• archiving materials in library and electronic information resources.
• sending mandatory paper copies of the magazine.
A printed copy of the magazine costs 600 hryvnias (may vary due to changes in the cost of printing services).
An invoice for payment is sent to the author or the institution represented by the author after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication. Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer to the account of the journal publisher.
Payment does not influence the decision on acceptance of the manuscript for publication. The decision to publish is made solely on the basis of scientific novelty, reliability of research results, and compliance with the scope of the journal.
The journal does not charge any fee for manuscript submission or for the peer review process. Payment is required only after the official acceptance of the article for publication.

Publication fee waiver policy for certain categories of authors
The journal provides the possibility of exemption from payment for manuscript processing, peer review, and publication for certain categories of the authors.
Authors who are PhD candidates (third-level higher education applicants) enrolled in state-funded programs are exempt from payment for processing, peer review, and publication of articles, provided that the scientific article is prepared individually (without co-authors).
In order to obtain a fee waiver, the author should submit documentary confirmation of their status as a third-level higher education applicant enrolled in a state-funded program (a certificate issued by the postgraduate department or another official supporting document).
The fee waiver is granted only if the manuscript complies with the journal’s requirements, corresponds to the thematic scope of the journal, and receives positive peer review results.
The editorial office reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the submitted information and to make the final decision regarding the application of preferential conditions.
