Annotation

The article presents the results of the correlation analysis between the valuable economic characteristics of common bean varieties during two years of research. The overweight of one plant is most correlated with the weight of the plant without beans – (r = 0,687-0,736), a weaker correlation is noted with the number of beans - (r = 0,527-0,646), the number of productive knots – (r = 0,517-0,596), the weight of the beans' wings – (r = 0,482-0,545), the weight of the grain – (r = 0,478-0,566), the number of grains – (r = 0,426-0,547).

The number of beans per plant is closely correlated with the weight of the beans' wings – (r = 0,884-0,931), the number of grains – (r = 0,845-0,914) and the grain weight – (r = 0,815-0,904). The average strength of the correlation was found between the number of beans and the weight of the plant without beans – (r = 0,497-0,546). A high correlation was observed between the number of grains and their mass – (r = 0,875-0,933) and the weight of the bean leaf - (r = 0,744-0,832). The high correlation is established between the weight of the grains and the weight of the bean's wings – (r = 0,725-0,805).

There is a negative correlation between the resistance of plants to emergence and the elements of productivity and yields in general. Thus, varietal resistant varieties will be characterized by somewhat reduced yields.

Carrying out selection on elements of structure of a harvest, characterized by high and stable correlation will allow conducting selection on creation of beans verieties high grain productivity.

Keywords: bean varieties, elements of grain productivity, correlation links, signs, weight of 1000 grains.
