Significant potential of Ukraine for the production of organic agricultural products, its export and consumption in the domestic market. Are done It has been shown that the dynamically increasing volumes of agricultural land in the country certified for organic production stimulate the development of organic seed production and the use of certified organic soybeans only, which must comply with current international rules and standards. The role and place of organic production in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine into international seed management organizations According to OECD seed certification schemes recognized by 57 countries of the world, which leads to the need to reform the organic seed industry of Ukraine, as well as to improve its legal and regulatory framework. Are submited the features of organic seed production using organic agrotechnologies in the cultivation of soybean seeds that exclude the use of any chemical means, which will guarantee the environmental safety of the obtained organic seed material, are considered. The ecological threats under the conditions of soybean organic seed production are presented.
