Annotation

According to the results of researches of decorative species Lupinus L., it was established that under conditions of Podillia the most promising are perennial lupins (L. perennis L.) and lupine multifilament (L. Polyphyllus Lindl.) For planting of different objects. For the creation of modern garden compositions of the park zone of  Vinnytsia National Agrarian University the most expedient to use are varieties: Lulu-Rasel, Minaret, Albus, Feerverk, which are very well adapted to the conditions of cultivation, practically not affected by pests and diseases, were sufficiently resistant to adverse environmental factors. According to the study of the flowering phase, it was found that the highest values of flowering time (up to 60 days) were observed in perennial lupine plants (60-day-old Feerverk and 55 days Albus variety). Somewhat lower values were recorded in lupine multiflorous plants (Minaret type – 45 days, hybrid Lulu-Rales – 44 days). In determining the suitability of the plants we studied for their use in landscaping, their evaluation was carried out according to the complex of economic and biological indicators in accordance with the State methodology of variety testing (Albus – 99 points, Feerverk – 98 points, Minaret – 95 points, Lulu-Rasel – 94 points). Their high score on the set of criteria indicates the prospect and suitability for cultivation in the Podillya, as well as the value for various uses: flower beds, mixborders, landscape composition compositions and their reduced variants imitated by natural groupings.

Keywords: Lupinus L., сорт, гібрид, тривалість цвітіння, варіанти використання, зона вирощування.
